Oral communications

When submitting abstracts, delegates should indicate whether they wish their submitted Free Communications to be considered for oral presentation. These abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and approximately 10 will be selected for inclusion on the oral presentation program. These presentations normally will not exceed ten minutes, with two minutes for discussion. Those abstracts not scheduled for oral presentation will then automatically be programmed into a poster session. If you do not wish your Free Communication to be considered for oral presentation, i.e., you want it programmed directly into a Poster Session, this should be clearly indicated on the registration form.

Equipment

Both Mac and PC computer platforms will be available, along with computer projection and presentation software (Power Point for both and Keynote for Mac only).

Presenters should use a CD/DVD or USB PenDrives for presentations.

Language

The official language of the Symposium will be English.
