What the fees cover For Participants: The registration fee will cover the cost of one copy of the Abstract Book, briefcase and associated documents, Welcoming Reception (Friday evening, September 8, 2006), coffee breaks, accommodation and meals (breakfasts and lunches), Symposium Party, Social Events and other activities related to the Symposium. Delegates are encouraged to register early; priority will be given to early registrants. For Accompanying Persons: The guest registration fee will provide for your attendance at the activities included in the Accompanying Persons Program, access to the lounge area in the Poster Session room, coffee breaks, accommodation and meals (breakfasts and lunches).
Payment of the fees Payments must be in euros and can be made by bank transfer payable to "FEUGA-4SPJ-OCS", Banco Pastor Account CCC 0072 0134 47 0000109054 for domestic transfers, or IBAN ES06 0072 0134 4700 0010 9054 for international payments. Cancellations The 4SPJ-OCS registration fee is 50% refundable up to August 15th, 2006. No refunds will be possible afterwards.
Bank facilities Visa, Mastercard and related cards services are available in two banks nearby (100 meters from the Symposium venue).
