The University Historic Archive offers its services with the following commitments to quality:

• Personalised information for the first time visitor to the archive concerning the structure and documents, helping in accessing and giving personal attention by specialised personnel.
• Issuing and renewing of the "National Researchers Card" in a maximum of 48 hours.
• Issuing of temporary authorisations in a maximum peered of 24 hours.
• Giving solicited documents in the Research room within a one-hour period.
• Reserving of installations: maximum 2 units during two days.
• Issuing of the assistance papers in the Research Room within 24 hours of their petition.
• Immediate telephone consultations.
• Response thorough fax, mail and e-mail in a-one-month maximum period.
• Photocopies solicited by a user in the Research Room within a 48 hour-period (max. of 15 photocopies or digital copies).
• Reproduction of documents solicited by fax, mail or e-mail within a one-month period (max. 100 copies).
• Authorisation to obtain photographic release permission within one week of soliciting.
• Issuing of the copies of non-university attested documents within one month of request.
• Evaluation of documents for temporary exposition within a-three-month period.
