Document Service
To use the document service, one must be in possession of the National Researcher I.D card or have temporary permission from the archives.
All archive resources may be consulted always respecting legal limitations. To consult less than 50-year-old documents containing personal information, special authorisation is necessary.
Documents that may not be accessed:
- a document in a deteriorated state of conservation.
- a document which is being restored.
- a document in the process of being organised.
- a
document which is being used in an exhibition.
- an original document in microfilm or digital format.
Access to documents is available in the Research Room with 30 work posts.
Researchers will be helped to use the equipment available in this room for specific archive document work.
Each researcher will be allowed only one work station which can not be shared with another researcher.
