ERA-FLASH conferences are limited to 120 people. Participants will be selected by the scientific committee based on the quality, relevance and interest of their proposed communications.

Full board for regular participants includes conference documentation, access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and full accommodation at the Hesperia Peregrino from Sunday 24th to Thursday 28th (including breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner). Also included is the Gala Dinner on Tuesday 26th. The accompanying person's registration includes full accommodation.

Make sure that the bank transfer includes both, the concept “ERA FLASH” and the name of the participant(s). Failing to do so might result in delays in your registration and problems with hotel reservation.

Please, send a copy of the Bank wire transfer to the organization once completed. Keep in mind that payment is not considered as received by until the bank receives and credits the funds to our account. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your payment.
