Conference Fee
The regular conference fee is Euro 250 for early registration until June 30th, 2008 and Euro 300 afterwards.
The fee for accompanying persons is Euro 70 .
The regular conference fee includes: book of abstracts, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, city tour, conference dinner.
The accompanying person fee includes: city tour, conference dinner.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations received by e-mail or in writing before September 6th, 2008 will be subject to some administrative charges. After this date, no refunds can be given. Refunds will be issued after the congress.
Grants
The organizing committee expects to be able to provide ten grants to cover the registration fees. Those students and participants coming from developing countries may apply for one of these grants by contacting directly with the organizers, not later than May 1. The final decision will be taken before May 15.
