Authors
Submission Requirements
All submissions must be Microsoft Word format
- A4 paper format
- single-column documents with top margin 4 cm and bottom margin 3 cm,
- left margin 2’5 cm and right margin 2 cm;
- 1.5 interline space, using 11 point type in Times Roman.
Each submission should include a separate title page listing:
- Title of paper;
- Author(s);
- Organization affiliate(s);
- Complete address;
- Telephone, fax number(s) and e-mail.
The main body of the paper, or extended abstract, should include the title, but not the name(s) of the author(s). Papers should be no longer than 20 pages including all references, tables, figures and other materials, but not including the title page. Extended abstract must be at most 3 pages length.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- The enrolment of at least one of the authors is essential in order to accept and publish the paper in the proceedings of the Conference;
- At least one of the authors must attend the conference if the paper is accepted;
- Conference registration fee must accompany submission of the final paper, so at least one of the authors must be registered before September 20th.
All accepted papers presented at the Conference will be included in the proceedings. As the Confernece is a multi-disciplinary meeting, the presentations are required to be comprehensible to a wider rather than to a very specialized audience. They papers should be written in Spanish, English or French.
