He earned his bachelor’s degree (1981) and doctorate (1990) in Medicine and Surgery from USC. Currently he is Senior Lecturer of Obstetrics and Gynecology at USC since 1992 and Head of the Service of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University Hospital Complex of Santiago since 2007.
