The cooperation and mobility programmes also strengthen collaboration between Administrative and Management personnel at different institutions in order to establish relations, consolidate networks, support preparation of human resources, etc. and to enable observation of how different institutions function. The chance to observe how different centres function, the structures and resources available, and to meet the staff at each institution will facilitate consolidation of relationships and organization of the mobility of all members. A coordinated programme for the stay is organized with the host centre so that all objectives are met.

Programmes

• Mobility of USC teaching staff. Stays and preparatory visits, EHEA countries.

• Cooperation and Exchange programmes. Support for carrying out combined research and teaching projects, complementary and integrated actions for strengthening institutional contacts with South American countries.

• Stella programme for mobility of administrative and service personnel. The aim of this programme is to provide opportunities for mobility of administrative and service personnel, by promoting work stays of one week duration at any of the universities within the Compostela Group of Universities during the period between March and October.
