Description

The Institute of Industrial Pharmacy has the following functions:

• Technical and biopharmaceutical developing, testing and production of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
• Active principle optimisation of physicochemical, technological and biopharmaceutical properties.
• Characterisation and normalization of active principles, auxiliary substances and pharmaceutical excipients.
• Design and assessment of biodisponibility and bioequivalence tests.
• Research about the pharmacological activity of new molecules of synthetic and natural origin.
