Journal description

ADI deals with topics concerning Industrial Property, Copyright and Competition Law in Spain, the European Union and its state members, the Latin American countries, the USA as well as in the international scene. The official languages of this journal are Spanish, English, Galician and Portuguese. This journal is addressed to scholars and specialists in these subject matters, both in the academic and the professional field.

 

Structure

The journal is separated into the following 9 sections: Doctrine (I); Chronicles and Brief Doctrine (II); Comments on Spanish case law (III); Comments on European and International case law (IV); Spanish case law and decisions (V); EU case law(VI); Texts and Documents (VII); News (VIII); and Bibliography (IX).

 

Publication and frecuency

This journal is published by the Institute of Industrial Law (IDIUS) of the Santiago de Compostela University. It appears annually in a single volume along the fourth quarter of the year; for that reason the information contained extents to the latest news from the month of July of the previous year to the same month of the next one. Accordingly next to the title of each volume of ADI both years appeared, even though sections V and VI will only contain information related to the first year quoted in the title.

Actas de Derecho Industrial y Derecho de Autoris included in the ISCO data base of the Superior Centre of Scientific Researches (Category HIGH), in DICE (Diffusion and Editorial Quality of the Spanish Journals of Humanities and Social and Juridical Sciences), in the Latindex Repertoire, in RESH (Spanish Journals of Social and Human Sciences), in the Integrated Classification of Scientific Journals (CIRC), in MIAR data base and in IN-RECJ (Impact Index. Spanish Journals of Juridical Sciences).In like manner, the journal is catalogued by ANEP/FECYT and by CARHUS, indexed in Dialnet and in El Derecho, and included in vLex.
