Aims of the IDIUS
Among the generic aims of the IDIUS are:
- The promotion, impulse and development of the knowledge, research and diffusion of the Competition Law and the Industrial and Intellectual Property.
- The education of this area of the legal system through courses and seminars.
- The establishment of links with national and international organizations dedicated to the education and research of Competition Law, Industrial and Intellectual Property.
- The creation and maintenance of a specialized library in Industrial, Intellectual Property and Competition Law, inside the Library of the USC.
- The publication of the specialized journal "Actas de Derecho Industrial y Derecho de Autor".
