Remote assistance service

Clicking on the following link you will start an instantaneous messenger session with the CAU (55555). If you approve it, CAU operators will be able to take control of your PC and carry out the necessary tasks for the diagnosis and, if applicable, the solution of your incident.

The equipment control by the CAU is not permanent, the user must approve the connection each time this is done. The commands used by the technician will be seen on the screen as if the user himself/herself were operating them.
