The e-mail service is rendered by the Systems Unit of the IT Area. The main provisions offered by this service are:
- Email box of 20 MB (for students) or 100 MB (USC staff).

- Access through POP3 or IMAP with encryption (SSL/TLS)
- Auto replier
- Mail forwarding
- Antivirus and antispam filter
