Card request

1. The staff members that receive their salaries through the University itself and the students registered in official degrees of first, second and third cycle, have to go to their campus SCH office with a photograph and fill in the corresponding application form.
2. The students registered in non-official postgraduate courses should also present a copy of their registration.
3. The research staff who does not receive their salaries through the University of Santiago should present a copy of the awarding of the scholarship of formation or the contract with the financing organism.
4. Teaching staff of attached centres: The direction of the centre should send to the Vice-rectorship of University Community and Social Commitment the list of teachers interested in applying for the UIT; after this, each person would apply for the card in the same way that the University staff.
5. Collaborator teachers within the frame of an agreement (SERGAS agreement, practicum agreements,...): the deanship of the centre responsible for the "practicum" or the teaching staff service (in which the SERGAS staff is made reference) would send the Vice-rectorship of University Community and Social Commitment the list of people fulfilling the requirements to apply for the UIC; after this, each person would apply for the card in the same way as the University staff.
