The incorporation to the National Plan of Quality Evaluation of the Universities from its beginnings in the year 1995 sets the beginning of the process of implication of the USC in the quality improvement, which  crystallized in the development of an own strategic plan which incorporates the quality in its definition of Mission "A complete and enterprising university with campus of balanced growth providing answers to the demands of the society through services of quality profesionally managed".

The final aim of this process is to achieve that the USC consolidates a privileged position in the University European frame as a university of prestige and reference which incorporates the concern about the improvement of the quality of all its activities.
