Courses of GALICIAN LANGUAGE for non-Galician Speakers

The Modern Language Centre of USC in collaboration with the Language Standardisation Service of USC (SNL) offers semester courses of the Galician language for non-Galician speakers.

They are organized according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
 

Welcome to the Modern Language Centre

The Modern Language Centre (CLM) of the University of Santiago de Compostela would like to welcome all foreign students who will be studying with us this coming course in our Santiago Campus or our Lugo Campus.

The CLM has its main office on the first floor in the Casa de los Catedraticos, in the Campus Vida. Spanish classes are normally given in several locations spread throughout the university. At the Lugo Campus, our main office is on the ground floor of the Humanities Faculty.

More than three thousand students learn modern languages, or improve their competency in the chosen language, at the CLM. All of our professors have enjoyed long professional careers teaching a foreign language and our center also offers many resources to aiad language teaching.
