Functions

  • Advising and information to those concerned or possible proposers about the procedure of processing and signature of the agreements.
  • Reception, revision and processing of proposals of agreements.
    • Application of compulsory reports (Proposers, Legal Consultancy, Vice-rectorships, Expenses Centres or Economic Management Service)
    • Sending to the Vice-rectorship of International Policy for the presentation of proposals at the Council of Government.
    • Sending for its signature.
    • Register and File of the Agreement.
    • Publicity and information of the agreements to those concerned.
  • Following-up of the agreement
    • Supervision of the fulfilment of the agreements and incorporation to the record of the agreement of those reports or records that should be issued by the Following-up Mixed Committee or by the agreements coordinators.
    • Requirement to the responsible/s for the taking of appropriate measures.
    • Notice of the extinction or need of agreement renewal.
  • Centre of the 4 preferential ways of agreements
    • Centre of Innovation and Technology Transfer CITT (Research agreements).
    • Post-Graduate, Third Cycle and Continuing Education Centre (CPTF) (Agreements for the carrying out of postgraduate courses, third cycle and continuous formation and practices derived from them).
    • Service of Management of Academic Offer and Programming MAOPR (Agreements for the practices recognized as credits in the curriculum vitae).
    • International Relations Office ORE (International agreements).
