Office of Claims Analysis (OAR)

Description

The Office of Claims Analysis (OAR) seeks to channel and respond to the students' suggestions and complaints regarding the functioning of USC teaching, administrative and support services. It also provides the University community with a system open to opinions and suggestions in order to improve academic management and, thus, public service rendered by this University.

It is responsibility of the OAR the resolution processing and proposal of appeals related to procedures of academic management processed at the different administrative offices: validations, adaptations, cancellation of registrations, admissions, simultaneousness, subsidies of fees, special tutorial support, grade revisions, and recognition of studies in national and international exchange programmes.
