The Galician Researcher's Mobility Centre

The Galician Researcher's Mobility Centre is part of the Spanish Network of Mobility Centres and the European Network EURAXESS. Our field of activity comprises the three Galician Universities: the University of A Coruña, the University of Santiago de Compostela and the University of Vigo.

Our centre offers information and assistance to incoming and outgoing researchers, also to researchers returning to Galicia, as well as to Galician organisations wanting to hire researchers from overseas.

Through the Galician Researcher's Mobility Centre, researchers will find:

  • Administrative issues (visa, taxation, etc.)
  • Professional information (research activities in Galicia)
  • Daily life (housing, health service, schooling, etc.)
• Assistance through the Mobility Centres throughout Spain ( www.eracareers.es )
• Vacancies and information on mobility programs in Galicia.

Through the Galician Researcher's Mobility Centre, research organisations will be able to:

• Find useful information on research human resources, researcher's mobility and European scientific policy.
• Find the perfect candidate at the international database through the Researchers Mobility Portal http://ec.europa.eu/euraxess 
• Advertise your job offers and training vacancies on the international level at the Researchers Mobility Portal.

The Galician Researcher's Mobility Centre aims to create a more favourable environment for researcher's career development and promotion of international and intersectorial mobility.
