Information about the VISITING STUDENT PROGRAMME:
Despite that there are no fixed deadline dates yet, students are strongly requested to forward their visiting student application forms at least A MONTH before the beginning of the four-month period they intend to spend at the USC.
1st four-month period: beginning of October-beginning of February
2nd four-month period: beginning of February-end of June
Spanish and Foreign students will submit their visiting student applications to the Director of the Service of Academic Management (Student Pavilion, South Campus. 15782. Santiago de Compostela). Once their applications have been accepted, the above-mentioned service will contact them directly (preferably via e-mail).

All students must have a full medical insurance before enrolling (no civil liability insurance is needed). Citizens of EU members must request in their respective countries the E-111 or E-128 forms. Applicants from any other countries should have a private medical insurance or contract one in Spain before their enrolment.
Students from countries that do not belong to the European Union must contact their Spanish Embassy or nearest Consulate to get information about the conditions for their legal stay in Spain. These students will receive a Letter of Acceptance in order to facilitate their obtaining of a student visa.
