PAS Planning and Programming Service

The Service of Administration and Service Staff (PAS) Planning and Programming is the unit of technical support to management for policy development of the USC administration and service staff , focusing mainly on three aspects: planning categories of staff, provision of posts and selection of human resources needed and their continuous training.

To achieve this mission, it is entrusted with the following main functions: assessment of staff needs and training, definition of the nature of posts, development of proposals for categories of staff, preparation of employment offers, management of selection procedures and provision of posts, development and management of the training plan, and functions of technical and administrative support to the board of examiners for selection and provision of posts.
