Aims

The  Labour Orientation Area aims:

• To provide the University Community in general and  students and graduated of the USC in particular, with advise and support:
  • To obtain resources and techniques so as to look for employment effectively
  • To know the labour market, as well as its development and demands
  • To identify professional interests
  • To analyse and know the own personal and professional competences
  • To choose with judgement the formative itinerary
  • To take decisions in order to plan a professional project
• To collaborate on the reconciliation between the university world and the  business sector contributing with resources to:
  • To know better the professional possibilities of the people with Degrees of the USC
  • The labour mediation between company and people with a degree, dealing with the presentation of job offers and providing adequate candidatures to each position.
  • The participation in the organization of conferences and meetings between companies and university students.
• To provide the careers advisers of the High Schools and their future students with support and information about the job opportunities of the different degrees of the USC
