Description

The staff management service tries to manage and solve the administrative and economic incidences of the different university communities that integrate the human capital of the USC, in the carrying out of the different tasks as teaching staff, research workers and staff of the administration and services, along their labour life in an integral way.

Among others, the main processes and files carried out in this staff management service are those that start with the taking up or the formalization of the contract, putting up with the registration on payslip for the payment of their retributions, registration with Social Security, recognition of previous services, changes of situations, files of compatibilities, extensions and transformation of contracts, changes of categories, leaves, licenses, etc, even the ones that cause the lost of labour bonds with the USC, as cessations and complaints of contracts, settlements, resignations, retirements, etc.
