We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in Administer systems and programs to reduce loss, maintain inventory control and increase safety.

• CCTV Monitoring - be accountable for monitoring the CCTV system installed at HQ. Also be direct contact for Police should they need any additional information or recordings. Monitor footage from other surveillance cameras
• Logs - ensure that all key holder, safe codes, buddy mobile (if app) and security badges are up to date and maintained for all stores.
• Identify potential for loss and develop strategies to eliminate it.
• Risk Management
• Assess and maintain Store Safety and enforce company rules among employees
• New Store Security Manual - accountable for the collating of all relevant information to roll out the new manual.
• Training - full on-going training (AML, preventing theft, safety, etc) and support to all store staff to ensure all complying with the regulations implemented. Train other store employees in detecting theft.
• Analyze retail data to identify current or emerging trends in theft or fraud.
• Anti Money Laundering - Responsible to define policies and ensure policies are fully implemented and are followed by staff members. Prepare training materials and facilitate some training for the staff members.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to investigate and solve external theft or fraud cases.
