The 3 rd Conference of the Spanish Forensic Acoustics Association has been organised by the Xunta de Galicia, the Real Academia Galega, the Spanish Forensic Acoustics Association and the Philology Faculty of the University of Santiago de Compostela, which shall also be the venue between the 27 th and 28 th October 2005.

SEAF 2005's main objective is to present the work of specialists in different fields related to the forensics sector, thus continuing the endeavour which began at the previous two conferences in Madrid and Barcelona. The desire to hold the conferences periodically was already put forward at both these previous events, and this session aims to fulfil that intention.
