Research in the Molecular Oncology Laboratory (MOL) focuses on the molecular mechanisms that control the initiation and progression of the oncogenic process. Thus, and based on genetically modified mouse models of human cancer we identify possible new therapeutic targets, as well as develop novel diagnostic tools for optical functional imaging.
