The Scientific Program SIBEAQO-II will consist of 6 plenary lectures (45 minutes + 15 minutes discussion), 23 invited lectures (25 minutes + 5 minutes discussion), 18 oral communications (10 minutes + 5 minutes discussion) and an unspecified number of poster communications (vertical orientation, maximun size 80 x 100 cm). The lectures and communications SIBEAQO-II may fall under the following themes: Catalysis, Didactics of Chemistry, Photochemistry, Organic Materials, Natural Products, Bioorganic and Biological Chemistry, Combinatorial Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Sustainable Chemistry, Supramolecular Chemistry,and Synthesis. The language of the Conferences and Communications may be Spanish, Portuguese, or English. All participants are invited to submit an Oral Communication (see attached form for abstracts) for evaluation. The program of social events includes a Welcoming Reception, a visit to the cathedral in which participants will be welcomed in the manner of pilgrims and a traditional Galician Party “Romeria” with pulpo a feira (octopus) and featuring local Galician bagpipers, as well as several optional tours.
