The Organizing Committee has reserved a limited number of rooms at University Residences close to the event. There is a registration form which has to be submitted before July 10th, 2010. Rooms will be assigned in order of registration payment. Single and double rooms are available. An accompanying person can share the participant’s double room without extra charge. The earliest registration will get the closest accommodation to the event center, located on South Campus. It is recommended that participants make their reservations as soon as possible to secure accommodation due to the large influx of tourists during the Holy Year. Please refer to Simpósio SIBEAQO-II. Lunches Lunches will be served in the restaurant of the Monte da Condesa at 15 €/day. To purchase the vouchers see the registration form. Alternatively, there are a large number of restaurants in a radius of 500 m providing lunch and breakfast in a range of 10-15 €. |
