INFORMATION FOR SUBSCRIBERS AND AUTHORS: Updated 25^th May of 2011.

 News for Librarian and Authors: Printed copies of year 2010 have been already delivered to subscribed institutions and authors who belong to subscribed institutions or have ordered a printed copy. Delivery of copies of issues of 2011 1^st  semester  is scheduled for July of 2011.

Notes: 1) On line access to articles of current and last year is restricted to subscribed institutions. New subscribers should send a message to the Editor mcarmen.guisan@usc.es giving the URL of their institutions in order that we may allow direct on line access from the computers of their institution. In case of failure in the direct connection we will provide, while the problem is fixed, keys for on line access.  2) ^* The old subscription rates for RSES are applied to orders received before May of 2011.

Subscriptions orders: To order or renew subscriptions please send a message to the editor mcarmen.guisan@usc.es, preferably with the word “subscription” as subject of the message.

 Back printed copies: Back printed copies may be ordered by subscribed institutions or authors at the following prices, plus taxes and shipping costs: AEID 30 € per issue for years 2001 to 2005, and 60€ per issue for years 2006 onwards. RSES 20 € per issue for years 2001 to 2009 and 30 € per issue since 2010 onwards. Please send a message to the Editor requesting information about availability and methods of payment.

Authors fee and delivery of printed copies:

Authors from subscribed institutions do not have to pay an acceptance fee, and they may indicate their postal address when they submit an article in order to receive one free complimentary printed copy in case of publication.

Authors from non subscribed institutions should indicate, when they submit an article that they accept to pay the authors fee in case of publication. They may indicate if they request a partial waiver, in case of several authors, or a full waiver if they work in low income countries. Acceptance fee for year 2011 amounts to 45 Euros per author in case of journal AEID and 30 Euros per author in journal RSES. We deliver one printed copy to each author who has paid the fee and who sends the postal address to the Editor.

Deadlines for payment of the acceptance fee: Usually payment of the fee should be made within one month since the article appears as accepted for publication at the Status section and before the pdf version of the article appears at the journal Website. Usually deadlines are 1^st May for articles published in the first semester and 1^st November for articles published in the second semester, but in the first semester of year 2011, due to some  changes of rules, payment deadlines have been delayed and fees should be accepted until 30^th June. In case of delays in payment publication of articles usually will be delayed to future issues.
