Abstract: It focus on the creation of an urban-industrial space in the surroundings of the tin and wolfram mines of Fontao (Pontevedra), fixing it into the modernization process of the mining enterprise. The labour force management policy pick up, partly, the budgets of the so-called “enterprise paternalism" .
