The CiQUS researcher Manuel Gómez (Massimo Lazzari Research Group) has been selected for an oral presentation at the SPM 2013 (Scanning Probe Microscopy International Conference), one of the science conferences announced at ImagineNano 2013, the next April, 25th.
His presentation entitled "//www.phantomsnet.net/imaginenano/Abstracts2013/PPM2013_G%C3%B3mez_Manuel_x.gomez [at] usc.es_Abstract%20PPM%202013.pdf">New SERS substrates made of polymers and Al, cheap and highly efficient", will show a cheap and reliable methodology for replication of substrates with sub-100 nanometer features. This easy fabrication method allows the fast and low-cost production of polymer SERS substrates in a highly repeatable way. He will also explain their results testing those home-made SERS substrates.
SPM 2013 will cover the latest applications and developments of Scanning Probe Microscopy. Novel techniques and the latest research in the field will be highly discussed. A wide range of topics related to SPM will be covered.
ImagineNano 2013 is the largest European Event in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, from the April, 23th - 26th.
