This Project (Ref: PID2021-127341OB-I00) will involve the development of:

Solid-sate barocaloric refrigerants setting the bases for the thermal battery of the future using spin crossover-based materials.

Highly-durable electrocatalysts for sustainable energy conversion.

High-energy aqueous rechargeable batteries

Eligibility: Applicants must have a BSc in Chemistry (or related areas) and a MSc (coordination chemistry, electrochemistry and/or catalysis will be highly valued). Applicants should be enrolled or admitted in a doctoral program at a Spanish University (academic year 2022/2023). Alternatively, they may apply if they could be enrolled at the start date of the contract.
