Position in Electrocatalysts for Sustainable Energy Applications (postdoctoral)

The FunNanoMatLab Group at CiQUS (University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain) will open soon 1 Postdoctoral Researcher positions for material scientists/chemists.

 

Description

Research topic: Synthesis and testing of new electrocatalyst materials for applications in H₂ production, fuel cells and metal-air batteries.

 

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry/ Materials Science or related area.

• Previous experience in the development of electrocatalyst materials.

• Previous experience in electrochemistry (CV, EIS, LSV, etc.)

• Background in electrocatalysis testing with excellent scientific record will be valued.

• International postdoctoral experience will be highly considered.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Creativity and team-working ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment is a must.

 

Starting Date and term

Immediate incorporation for a duration of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
