Research topic: Growth and testing of new resistive switching materials for applications as thermal memories or regulators1.

Requirements

Degree in Chemistry/Physics/Materials Science or related area

Previous experience in the growth of oxide thin films (i.e.: PLD, MBE, sputtering) will be highly valued.

Previous experience in electrical transport measurements, more specifically for resistive switching materials will be highly valued.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.

Creativity and team-working ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment is a must.
Starting Date and term
Immediate incorporation for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
