The Condensed Matter Chemistry Lab at CiQUS (University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain) will open soon 1 Researcher Collaborator position for material scientists/chemists.

 

Description

Research topic: Growth and testing of new resistive switching materials for applications as thermal memories or regulators1.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry/Physics/Materials Science or related area
  • Previous experience in the growth of oxide thin films (i.e.: PLD, MBE, sputtering) will be highly valued.
  • Previous experience in electrical transport measurements, more specifically for resistive switching materials will be highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Creativity and team-working ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment is a must.

 

Starting Date and term

Immediate incorporation for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
