The group of Prof. Martín Fañanás-Mastral is seeking for two Postdoctoral researchers with strong interest in Organometallic Chemistry and Catalysis to join the project ERC-CoG BECAME.

Research topic: Organometallic catalysis for light alkane functionalization
Research Center: CiQUS (www.usc.es/ciqus/en), University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
Research Group: Fañanás-Mastral Lab
Starting Date and Term: November 2020 onwards (flexible) for a term of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
POSITION 1
Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry. Expertise in Inorganic and/or Organometallic Chemistry.
- Excellent academic and scientific record, with some publications in top journals as main author.
- Previous background or training in the synthesis and characterization of metal complexes.
- International postdoctoral experience will be highly considered.
- Passion, initiative and team‐working ability. Strong commitment for scientific excellence in a highly competitive environment is a must.

- Previous background in the development of metal-catalyzed reactions. Experience in high-pressure chemistry is also desirable.
