The registration fees for participants are indicated below. Please remember that early registration deadline is 15th April 2016.

*Anyone whose home institution is an Institutional member of ECMI qualifies for the ECMI Member registration.
**If your institution is not an Institutional member of ECMI you do not qualify for reduced registration and therefore you should register as a Non ECMI Member. By paying this full registration fee, you will be entitled to two years free membership of ECMI (usually this costs 70 euro). Further details about ECMI membership can be found at http://ecmiindmath.org/membership/.
Registration fees cover: conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunches, coffee breaks and social events. Please note that registration fees only allow one scientific paper presentation (oral or poster) per participant. Presentations are not allowed with the One Day Pass fee.
Student fees are applied only to full-time PhD and Master students. In order to register under this category you will be required to upload a signed and stamped letter from your PhD advisor (PhD students) or a certificate from your Institution confirming your status (master students). Students will be required to upload a proof of their student status during the registration process.
Those participants whose communications have been accepted (oral or poster) must pay the registration fees before 8th May 2016. The registration deadline for non-paper-presenting participants is 1st June 2016.
Accompanying guest
The price for an accompanying person for the gala dinner is 70€ per person. The price for an accompanying person for the excursion on Wednesday 15th June is 45€ per person.
