THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

Santiago is a tourist city with plenty of hotels of different prices and styles. However, you should make your reservation as soon as possible because June is considered high-season in Santiago.

The Organizing Committee has arranged block reservations at a special price for a limited number of rooms for the ECMI 2016 participants in two hotels near the conference site: Gran Hotel Santiago and Hotel Hesperia Peregrino (200 and 400 meters respectively from the conference venue). The rooms will be available at this special price from 11th-18th June (both included).

Reservations must be made directly  with the hotels through e-mail by the participant. Please do not forget to mention the ECMI 2016 conference to obtain a discount. The hotel reserves the right to ask for a copy of the registration payment to the participant.

The prices quoted above are per room per night, for single or double occupancy as shown, and include breakfast, VAT and service.

The rooms will be blocked until 20th May 2016. After this date, the availability of rooms and their prices will depend on the hotel.
