All the participants interested in presenting a poster are invited to submit an abstract of maximum one page before 18th February 2016   3rd March 2016.

The LaTeX template and a PDF file sample for the abstract can be downloaded here. The author must submit the compiled PDF through the Online Conference Service (OCS). Step-by-step instructions with screenshots for various tasks of the OCS can be found here.

Authors will be notified whether their abstracts have been accepted or not as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 18th March 2016.

Once the contribution has been accepted the authors will be required to upload both the LaTeX source and the compiled PDF of the abstract through the OCS system no later than 8th May 2016. This document will be published in the Book of Abstracts of ECMI 2016.

A poster format involves the use of non-electronic visual aids for mounting on a 120cm height and 90cm width poster board.
